My friends an air hostess. She needed five GCSE's at grade C or above. She also had to have some experience in customer service. And thats it!

From what i can see the main companies that fly to Derry are British Airways, Ryan Air and Aer Arann. 

BA have no vacancies for Cabin Crew based at Derry but you can express an interest by completing the attached http://www.britishairwaysjobs.com/search/noresults.jsp
