We don't know what skills you have, or your experience, nor the job which you are going after - give us a bit more info, and we'll try to give you some words.
Anything else that hasn't been covered on the form which you think might help- eg if you worked in a shop as a student, or you have a first aid certificate, experience you have of dealing with people- perhaps in a voluntary capacity or at school or have used a till before... anything that might help.
Or just a reason to persuade them you are the ideal candidate
Well, you've told us the name of the company but you've not explained the nature of the job! Different jobs require different attributes. For example, good organisational skills are important for many supervisory or administrative posts, but possibly less important for shelf-filling.

Try to work out what it is that would be particularly desirable in any candidate for the post which you're applying for. For example, if you're seeking a check-out job, you'd need to be able to stick to rules about the sale of age-related products, while being remaining polite to customers at all times. You could then write something which could show that you're the type of person who could do that well. e.g. "I enjoy working with people and I have both a cheerful disposition and a good sense of humour. I recognise that check-out operators occasionally face hostility from customers (e.g. when having to refuse the sale of age-related products, such as alcohol) but I am confident that I could deal with such situations calmly, confidently and politely".

What Chris says plus how much you admire Waitrose and want to work for them.
I've just read your other thread and see that this is likely to be your first job, so also tell them how reliable you are, a good time keeper and happy to turn your hand to any job your asked to do.

Good luck with it. :-)

woah thankyou! right, i will update you on anymore questions i'll be needing help with x
what position are you applying for?
Looking at your other thread, I would say that you are keen to learn, and you look forward with working with the staff at Waitrose, who can teach you so much about the way the business works. Agree that you should add that you have been a regular student, no spells of sickness from school (if this is true), and that you get on well with people at all levels (if this is true).
Good luck!
I know a few people who work in the John Lewis Partnership and can tell you that "attention to detail" is very important to them . Looking at your other thread (and I'm NOT trying to be picky just helpful), I notice a spelling mistake (finnished) and you haven't used capital letters where you should have done (duke of edinburgh). These things will be noticed - so please double-check everything. The best of luck with your application - it's a very good organisation to join.
Id write it in word first then once spell checked, read it over and maybe get a prent to read it over then paste the answers into the application.

good luck.
^ a prent? I suppose it emphasises the point about using a spell checker.
