For more on marking an answer as the "Best Answer", please visit our FAQ.As an under 16, you are limited to what you can do by way of working due to your schooling restrictions (assuming you're still at school) and the legalities associated with a lot of industries.
If you like working with animals, you might consider getting in touch with a local vet, animal shelter, kennels etc and asking if they've got anything you could do. It may transpire that these kind of roles are unpaid, at least to begin with, but if you want to go on to study in this field, the work experience would look good on your CV when you had to look for a proper job.
For work in the sports, it might be worth contacting a local health centre although I imagine there are a lot more health and safety issues associated with the industry so it might be harder to find something.
With regard to finding suitable companies to contact, try www.yell.com and type in 'animal shelter' or 'sports centre' or whatever it is you're looking for.
Ultimately, you just have to keep trying. You might get turned down quite a few times just because of your age but nothing ventured, nothing gained.
Good luck.
