phd iso-7 protein drink, muscle mass
3 Answers
hi,
i am training 4 times per week and am taking( phd iso-7) i have noticed that i am constantly craving food more than before i started training, in the phd there is creatine/protein and all kinds of amino acids etc etc.. i am wondering why i am putting on more weight ( 4 kilos in 3 weeks ) maybe muscle ? maybe not ! am i craving more food because my body is burning more energy ? or is it the protein / phd / creatine that is putting weight on me or even water retention ?
i usually run 4-5 kilo,s or 40 mins on treadmill then an hour of weights 4 times per week now. THANKS

It would be interesting to test your blood sugar levels when you have these "hunger cravings" as I bet my bottom dollar that they would be low, indicating that you are burning more carbohydrates. It might be a good idea to take something like a banana which is high in calories and potassium to give you energy and raise your blood sugar.
