well all the university places have probably gone now.
however, there is stil;l time to enrol in a school, (primary) a tech college or sixth form probably. Online courses are always taking on students

Your question is very confusing. Do you need a job which will give you work experience for your course, or just to get some money?

most retailers put their vacancies on their websites. otherwise, do some footwork and hand out lots of CV's

I agree with sara3- but make sure you proof-read your CV for spelling errors and missing apostrophes, etc. and get someone else to check it.
You also need to ask your fellow students who have jobs how they got theirs and ask them to be on the look out for potential vacancies for you.
Have you considered a morning paper round?

Have you tried all the local supermarkets? Shelf stacking and till work.

As has been said, make sure your cv has no spelling mistakes etc.
