What are the organisational policies, procedures and practices that may impact on proposed improvements to Customer Services?

I have a few ideas, but have now drawn a complete blank

well it will be pretty hard for someone who dosen't know your organisations policies are, or what the proposed improvements are to answer!
i would stick with your ideas if i were you!
