P+O ferries told my nephew who is 16 and wants to work on board a ferry dover -calais route that he will have to do a catering course to get a job on board , then he can move in to the dept he wants. i just cant belive that everybody HAS to do a catering course to get a job . are there other courses or is this true .please help . many thanks
