Looking for a title for a member of staff

I have employed a new member of staff for my photoshop / studio and want to run a promotion with / for her.

The offer will be a discounted rate from our normal studio prices.

I am also thinking about running a two price structure - I know if you go into a hairdresser that you have different prices for trainees, stylists etc, so I am looking for a title for my new photographer (and don't want to use the word trainee as that implies to me a 16 year old kid, as opposed to a girl with a degree in photography!

So, after all that rambling, what sort of title should I use - maybe just call myself senior photographer and her 'photographer' - any better ideas?

I originally liked the word 'associate' but am now concerned that it makes her sound like someone who just comes in on a part time basis.
