Can i go to uni?

im hoping to go to uni this year but two requirments that i need to meet are an a* - C in maths english and science but i only have it in English! will they still accept me?

i think you are referring to gcses?

no they won't usually accept you without these, unless you are a mature student!

and if you can't pass them, maybe uni will be too difficult ... and if you can, do them next year and apply then! x

I wouldn't have thought so at present - the Unis could pick and choose students for last September's intake, but this year they say applications are likely to be down. If you need those grades in those subjects to study your chosen subject, English only may not be enough. You need to ask the Uni or your school adviser.

Il re take them if i have to, i just didnt no if you HAD to have them as i have A levels

in what subjects are your A levels though? not eng maths and science?

No, nothing to do with them. So i suppose that wont really matter then will it! Are there short courses you can do at College for Maths and Science ?
