Just for all you shoppers out there. Beware when buying from any Company's giving feedback on their websites from Feefo. I used to work for a company that used them and the Company's can cherry pick the people who receive the Feedback Forms from Feefo, hence, only sending Feedback Forms to those Customers who have not had a problem and thereby showing glowing feedback and hiding the fact that many of their customers do not have a good experience. The Customers who have a bad experience rarely get the chance to give Feedback. The company I worked for used to send Feefo the details for a couple of customers who had bad experiences just so that it looks more realistic on the feedback section of their website, but beware, the Feefo system is easily manipulated so don't believe a Company has got 98% good/excellent feedback if you see they are using Feefo!

Marks and Spencer dont publish bad feedback either, I think its outrageous! I had a disastrous experience when ordering from Marks online, and when I sent them the feedback form saying what had happened, it strangely disappeared. I think we shoppers should start a petition, as a lot of us are being duped.
That's very odd. I sent some negative feedback to M&S too and for some reason which I now cannot recall, they didn't publish it either.
I thought I had been a bit dopey about submitting it, but perhaps not....
I'll be more careful in future.
If you want a laugh, look at the customer reviews on Amazon for 'Veet for men'

Lets all write to 'Watchdog' - it is truly driving me mad. These big organisations are withholding vital information, which prevents us from making informed decisions. The company I worked for is selling very high cost diamond rings and jewellery, there are also an awful lot of untruths on their website!

I have just contacted Watchdog on line. I think the rest of you should too!! Lets try and do something!!!
