I feel I have just had a very successful 1st interview to which I am 80% sure that I will get asked back for a 2nd interview, if I do what should I expect and kind of things would normally be involved. I think we covered all the points in the 1st meeting so not sure why they would want to do a second one, thanks.

For example, you might say, "You mentioned I'd have some customer support duties. What does that entail?" The manager might quesiton you further on your prior jobs. In addition, you may have thought of something else to tell the manager about your skills to further sell yourself for the position. Perhaps you recalled some great achievement that relates to the new job. Bring it up.
The second interview is also a time when you might get down to money and benefits, but that's a tricky one to bring up. In some positions, it must be discussed. In others, you might only know the range of salary.
The second interview might also be the time that the hiring manager tells you that you got the job. Not always, but sometimes. So be sure you know what you must have in order to accept it.
It is a good idea to send a note of thanks after the interview.
