All other things being equal, what would you really really really like to be doing as an occupation? I would just love to be an artist. Or a fighter pilot. Or both! (Not at the same time).

Retired with a decent pension; then I would have the time and the money for my pastimes.
At the moment i have the money If I do lots of overtime, but then don't have any spare time.
