I'll say it again. If worry about your job is robbing you of sleep to such an extent that you are sitting at your computer at 3 in the morning asking for advice, then, inevitably you will be irritable and under performing at work the next (same) day. This is Einstein's definition of madness. Break out of this vicious circle. Rethink your life. Is this job really worth it? It sounds like complete purgatory to me. Take it from one who knows and cares. If you could just distance yourself from your job for a while, you would see just how petty and unimportant all the issues you have been raising really are in the great scheme of things. This kind of work stress is not sustainable and not good for you. FYI, your typing may be rapid but it is not accurate.
