Is anyone having problems with the jobpoints in their local Jobcentre?
the jobpoints have been off in my local jobcentreplus since Wednesday due to an IT problem so the staff told me.When i went in yesterday all and asked the security guard why are they still not working one of the senior staf said they probably wont come back on due to the new Universal Jobmatch and the fact that the machines are old -THIS WAS A TOTAL SHOCK TO THE REST OF THE STAFF.

it is all available on their website though, so it wont stop you looking at the jobs

it's rumoured that the jobcentres will be having computers instead of these pods.
Also, the web address has changed, it's now universal job match.
Dreadful layout.

its a dreadful layout albaqwerty - thats why i went ot the jobcentre itself, i hate using the new website.
