Eddie Stobart/national Express Salary?

Hi - i have posted this in Jobs put as yet had have had no reply so i hope you dont mind if i post it here?!?

Does anybody on here work for, or know somebody who works for
a) Eddie Stobart as a C+E (old Class 1 HGV) driver or,
b) National Express as a Cat C Coach (old PSV) driver?
I have a friend who is considering leaving his current job which he is unhappy in and is considering applying for both companies (he holds both licences already but has never used them outside of Army life) but is worried about a possible pay cut. Any idea what the basic salaries are? We have Googled both companies and found out about the benefits etc but no wage detail.
