does anyone know why I am unable to click the option that says "pay / send" ?

I have completed everything, I have sent to reference email off but it looks as if I cant send the rest of my application off completley to finish it until I get the reference back, is this right?

You are not a skool-kid and applying from a school but presumably as I did as a mature student....and you can only get past this once you have paid

not much I think it is £22

I managed to make... ten partial applications I think before the penny dropped.
