They won't care if it's little miss naughty - they are looking for someone who can list attributes clearly and concisely and then give reasons for those choices. It is part of the skillset for a lawyer.
Choose a character from a book you've read or re-read recently. Concentrate first on listing things you admire about the character, and then fill in the WHY you admire that quality. Be prepared for some awkward questions if you get to interview - they will want to see if you can think on your feet.
If they have given you a maximum word count for this (if it's a written question) then make sure you don't exceed that.
