Can a job title be considered as a misrepresentation of a job? For example if you applied, were interviewed for and hired as a chef but were actually performing duties of a kitchen porter whilst being called a chef, would that be a misrepresentation?

There is a certain overlap of responsibilities with business manager / sales rep but based on the expectations of me now I would consider this as a misrepresentation
