Online Assessment As Part Of Interview
28 Answers
i've applied for a new job and i had an email from them saying i have passed the first sift, and they'd like me to do an online assessment. It takes 1.5 hours, contains 3 tests and cannot be stopped once started (ie the clock starts ticking and you cant stop or pause it)
does anyone have any experience of this type of thing? Obviously i want to do my best, but i'm not sure how much preparation i ought to be putting in, or even if i should get someone to help me lol - i heard quite quickly so i was wondering if it's something they do at the very beginning or if passing the first sift is a good indication (ie i don't want to put in loads of effort if i've got no hope anyway)
