County Council Nightmare In Full

Hi just looking for a way forward on this.In Jan 2012 i had all Benifit stoped Due to a Fraud Investigation The case was dismissed in june 2012 due to no evidance However one week later i was taken to a Inderpendant Tribunral were they said on Probabilities i was in the wrong and had to pay back benfits from Dec2011 uptill Jan2012.one week after all this i was taken to Court and evicted from my Specially Adapted House for my disabilaty i also had my son with me who was in full time education at the time and were left homless for weeks till a friend rented a house and we both moved in with him. In Dec 2012 i won two other Independent Tribunals to say i was entitled to benefits from Nov 2011 onwards.The DWP accepted the Tribunal Decision and did honour both .However the county council refused to honor the above two decisions. they even tried to get them overturned but again it was in my favor. after countless letters and phone calls they told me that was the end of it and that was there position then out of the blue two days ago i go a letter telling me that i was entitled to benefits from Feb 2012 and the money they owe will be paid to the landlord of the house i was evicted from but that is fine however they or only paying some of the debt? so now i live in a damp house still owe a lot of money all from jan 2012 onwards felling like something is wrong here. this is just a brief outline of the what as gone on over the past few years. sorry bout the half post i hit the wrong button thanks for reading and any helpful comments

Contact your MP, so long as you're MP isn't Tory. Otherwise there may be some free legal advice open to you, I'm not too optimistic about that because the way unrestrained capitalism is going nowadays, they want to restrict the way poor people can fight back...

MP is Tory. and yes they seem to be able to do anything they like to the poor but i will keep going at it thanks for the coment
