One way is to reply to the adverts in jobs papers (nationwide and constantly recruiting) entitles 'No Experience?  No Problem!' etc and refering to multinational companies, marketing, management, customer relations etc.

The best way to find out about these jobs is to apply for them and keep an open mind.  It is hard work but you can get ahead very quickly if you are hard-working and want to sell.

At the very least it is great experience and will give you more confidence in convincing another company to take you on.
