I am currently on work placement as a nanny in the French alps. My manager wants me to write about what I have learned, hoped to gain and my next steps after I leave. I have no idea what to write. My mind has gone blank. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Just jot down some notes over the course of a couple of days under each of these headings. Then write them up as paragraphs.
If you can't think of anything then this may suggest that you haven't benefitted from the work experience.
