Selling Business, Do I Have To Pay Redundency To Part Timer ?
Sister is selling her small shop business due to ill health.The new owner does not require the services of her part time worker. Does my sister have to pay this lady redundency pay. ? Thank you

If such a reason exists it will be the new employer that is responsible for funding her redundancy pay.
