I currently work in finance processing 2nd mortgages. i want to find a job closer to home with better pay and i have seen two advertised in my area but they need FPC1 qualification. Can anyone tell me what this is as i might already have the equivalent. Thanks guys!

Have you searched the internet?  I used to work for a mortgage coming and from recollection think FPC stands for something like Financial Planning Certificate, there are various levels with one being the lowest, think it goes up to 3.  It was about 8 - 10 years ago though so don't quote me on it!

cheers nuoyg, what did the FPC consist of? I have done various accreditation tests dont know  if they are the same thing.
Thanks for working out what the abbreviation stood for though, should help me look it up on the net a bit better now!
