I think this is so unethical, have any of you ever worked yourself or heard of any other company that monitor their staff in such unethical ways??

Also, many drivers, couriers etc have transmitters fitted to their vehicles so the employers know where they are at any given time. People doing mail drops through letterboxes are sometimes tracked via gps to make sure they are actually going around the route and not simply dumping the leaflets somewhere.
Why do you consider it 'unethical'? If the employee is on company time, don't you think the employer has a right to know where they are?
