Landlord Going Into Liquidation
If you have 7 years left on a lease for a commercial property and the landlord goes into liquidation, what happens to the rest of the lease. Are you forced to move? The property is in the throws of being sold through auction for the second time, but it is not envisaged that it will be sold. If this is the case the bank will foreclose on the landlord. Where does the tenant stand?
