Time Travelling Film

OK not an advert-
can anyone remember the name of the film that has a theme of time travelling. The time travel 'point' is the men's bog in a pub.
The twist is that there are other time travellers called editors who try to censor ( = kill) budding authors and songsters after their first hit

has a postnuclear scene as well.

at one point the time travellers find themselves (in the pub of course) and they have been immortalised as a sculpture on the wall....
