£1200 a month is considered good but £1180 net is low ?
Is the £1200 for part-time then, since you are only now being offered full-time ?
"Struggle to survive", was that if you stayed employed or if you retired ?
Want to be out before 65, so how long in the future are we talking ?
Personal choice obviously but to decide whether to retire or not will depend on the finance. What sort of hit the actuary will put on an early start pension. Whether you have saving to live on until the pension starts at normal date. How much you value the time compared to the income. Whether you can get more part-time work like that you presently do at weekends to supplement your income.
So many variables.

Hello old – geezer you ok mate, the picture is that I am in full time employment my earning is 1200 and because my mortgage is 700 I have to work part time week ends elsewhere to make up extra 200
The place where I work part time they have offered me full time job but the pay is so low there net will be 1186 but a better job. What shall I do cut my loses and take that job or stay where I am and have the extra money to fall on if needed

Ah I see. It is the presently part-time place offering the full time job. You might wish to consider if there is a suggestion the part-time one is not going to be around much longer. I'm assuming that isn't the case.
Have to say it sounds like a personal choice for sure. Unless there was a clear chance of rapidly moving to a better paid position with the new employer I'd need some convincing to take a drop in pay. I suppose it depends on what you feel about your present full-time job. Are you desperate to get away ?
Money isn't everything but one should have one's needs covered to avoid additional stress in life.

I can only say what I might do. I think I'd put up with my existing job and concentrate on trying to save enough to retire a bit early from it, knowing I could still supplement income with the part time jobs in 4 to 6 years time. If saving is not an option, then you need to look at the hit from triggering your personal pension (which I assume you have) early when work becomes too much. Anyway who is to say an offer might won't be available when you're 62 ? But if you really like the idea of the new job then take no notice of me.
