Anyone any idea why Google Chrome wont open the Duke of Edinburgh website?

Its www.dofe.org

I'm fed up having to go and open up IE to view this one website, surely there must be a solution?

Anyone any ideas?

I am trying to find out if starting the volunteering element is possible prior to age 14. My 13 year old wants to do Duke of Edinburgh and has just been offered a volunteering opportunity but I don't know if starting it while he is still 13 will invalidate it from being used as his volunteering element. He will be 14 in July but they'd like him to start asap.
