Work Troubles

Who can you speak to at work if ur having troubles with people??its with our management,bullying etc,they dont care less and everyone else is scared to speak up?who can we go to

Have you got a HR manager / dept?  or maybe even your bosses boss if he has one.

I would tread very carefully if I were you as you say it's your management bullying?  If they are the ones who hire and fire then i'd be carefull.

what job are you in?  I had the same sort of problem with boss bullying the team, and the dispute was resolved with the help of my union.  Are you in one?

Just smack them with a stapler - you may get the sack but you will feel a whole lot better.

I would strongly advise joining a union and seeking their advise.....they exist to protect the rights of workers.

Why not get another job? There are plenty out there these days.

Does your company have a bullying or harrassment policy?  (Look in the booklet outlining your Terms & Conditions of Employment which should have been given to you when you joined).

Also try the ACAS website. (Advisory, Conciliation & Arbitration Service) set up by the government.
