Working Tax Credits

I work 16 hrs and claim child tax and working tax credits
I've been asked to send them all my pay slips since april2014
As I have my grandson living with me there has been times when I've needed time off work while he has been ill would this affect my working tax credits they also want me to send them my contract of employment .not had to do this before so wondered why any info would be good thanks to all

If your contract shows that you're contracted to work 16 hours pw then all should be fine. We've all had to take time off work now and then.
