I'm looking to joining the force and told various things.. When in, you have to go away for 12 weeks training and then told, you'll work on the beat for 2-3 shifts and class the other 2.... ALSO, I could pick NEARLY the times i wish to work ?  What is the correct procedure now ?..... Thank you and shift patterns ?.... doesn't matter either way but nice to know and what exactually do you have to learn or what can I read up on to put me in front ? Thank you
