i bought a watch previously from this seller , i thought it was a deisel as you can see it is clearly a replica. how can ebay let them away with it ? few years ago i was stopped from selling because i bought a gstar jacket off ebay, i resold it again on ebay only to be reported for selling a jacket which was fake and made in hong kong but i didnt have a clue at the time, though this seller is clearly selling replica items for months.

Every one of them clearly states that a keyring marked 'Diesel' (to remind drivers to fill with the correct fuel when they remove their filler cap) is offered together with a 'Weide'-branded watch (as also clearly shown in the picture).

If that's what you've been sent, I can't see that any deception has taken place.

yes they are clearly marked weid watches but they look like a deisel, i actually bought one thinking it was a deisel. its misleading and clearly a copy , no ?

They are not breaking any rules from is described, they are not claiming them to be anything they are not. You just need to be a little more vigilant, maybe you are a little bit gullible for falling for it.

The ebay item is listed and shown in the accompanying photo as Weide.
How can you have thought it was a Diesel if "as you can see it is clearly a replica"?

That is setting itself out to be a Diesel watch I think. But I don't see how that fits in with what you bought which you say was a Weide "little daddy' watch

Well you can report it to ebay or you can decide not to buy it. Ebay can't monitor every seller and every item.

im only saying, and if he is making money then fair play to him . though the watch is not a deisel baby daddy it is make as a replica, heres the catch, the keyring is a fake deisel for sure. i looked at deisel keyrings and they are all around 30-40 quid mark. also i cannot find a deisel keyring the same as what he is selling so muct surely be a fake.

why sell the replica deisel watch along with a deisel keyring ? the ad is designed to decieve the buyer , right ? so if someone does know that then they are the ones who are also guilable lol

Why would you advertise a Diesel keyring with a Weide watch, if not to divert people's attention towards the Diesel name. Not fraudulent, but definitely an attempt to deceive IMHO.

Its not a fake if Diesel don't make one EXACTLY like it. They aren't claiming its made by Diesel, they are just pointing out that it has got the word "diesel" stamped into it.
