How Does School Affect Your Levels Of Depression Or Sadness ?

Hello everyone ! I've got a science project on the effect school has on depression, so far I've created a survey on the subject :

Now all I need is different ranges of happiness based on how many years a person has spent in school, so If you can please answer these following questions, it would be really helpful.

What grade are you in ?

What is your overall mood this year ? and why ? ( please provide a range from 1 -10, 10 being the most happy )

When was the last time you felt happier ( range 8 - 10 ) ?

Would you say school has a big effect on your overall mood ? explain.
