urgent job change

Im working for a company in the motor industry in west yorkshire. I enjoy the job i do but cant stand working for the boss here, he is just not a motivator or man manager. It takes him all his time to say good morning. I want to move on,  is anyone looking for a fit and healthy hard working honest young 46 male. Would look at any offers.

 ok, why dont you contact his superior, and tell him your problem, i did this some time ago with my old boss, i was sure it would blow up in my face and cause bad feeling, i was wrong. as i happened the other staff felt the same and within 3 weeks she had jumped ship before she was pushed if u no what i mean!

basicly, why should you leave a job you enjoy for the sake of someone who obviously cannot bare the thought of waking in the morning and going to work? if hes not motivated he shouldnt be in that environment.
