Hi Everyone, please tell me what is the best way to send an email to an office employee regarding his weekly attendance.

capitalise The and If
pluralise question
put in comma
change to 'do write back to me'/ "please email me"

and hey we are almost up to EIGHT changes

I rarely put "Dear" in an internal e-mail. I see that as being more suitable for e-mails to external companies.
And, of course, "there are many ways to skin a cat".
