If this is a piece of coursework then I would take on board the above suggestions. It would sound less stilted and more friendly though if you were to say something like

"Here is your complete attendance status (or record) for September 2016. If you have any queries please contact me."

Pedants may say my IF should be SHOULD but I'm sure it makes perfect sense as IF.

If the email is just one you want to send at work then it depends on the organisational style but most seem to use a chatty style now and are composed often under time constraints so I would just send it now and start another task .

Yes, lots of options. In my experience the terms yours sincerely and yours faithfully are not used in office internal emails but maybe some organisations do use such a style. I used to spend ages crafting emails but in my experience now many are just banged out on the spot, maybe on a hand-held device while in a meeting or standing in a lift .
