Hello everyone!! At my office we employees come on alliterative Saturdays. One of my employee is not attending his duty on Saturday, I want to tell his boss about this. What would be the write email.

Dear xyz,
It is to inform you that XYZ(Name) Saturday was on, on 4th Feb and 18th feb, but he was not present at office. please discuss with senior manager.

I think this is a bit harsh, personally I would go for something lighter Dear xyz, I just wish to bring to your attention that abc was due on duty on the 4th Feb and 18th feb, but unfortunately appears unaware of this. Can you please remind him of his terms and conditions and working hours. Thank you
