How To Impress A Manager In Job Interview?

i soon have a job interview and this is my very first one..so i dont know what i am expected to do.

Make sure you dress smartly. Have your CV with you. Smile. answer questions honestly. keep your answers as short as possible, but give as much detail as required. Remember that the person interviewing you is human too, so be polite.

Prepare ...this will include finding out about the company and what they do, ensure that you have a question or two to ask....'How long will my holidays be ?' is probably not the sort of question to ask at interview. Dress very smartly.....even if it is for a job where you won't have to be smart. Make sure that you are on time or a few minutes early. It is ok to think for a few seconds before you answer a question and then you have a better answer to give. Why do you want this job is a regularly asked question...so ensure you have an answer to give. Why should we give the job to you is another one. It is acceptable to be nervous.....I have to wonder if this is all your homework butI wish you all the best anyway!
