Financial % For Material That Will Be Used Repeatedly
3 Answers
I prepare material for training workshops. My question is: Are there any guidelines for how much should I charge/get if I prepare the content and someone else gives the material as a trainer repeated times? For example, if we agreed that I take 50%, are there any guidelines for how much I should take the second time he/she gives the material even if I did nothing the second time?

If the material was provided electronically (eg the originally downloaded powerpoint and video) then you can't expect much if anything since you'd be relying on their honesty in telling you that they had re-used it. If you can control the re-use then you need to decide on a figure, but it would be alot less than 50% and may just be a single fee of say £500 per use
