Result: Nothing! Even putting 'WITTER' into the search box at the site of The Guild of Television Cameramen didn't help! However, I suggest that their site might be the place to go for further information:

Much of the site is for members only but there are e-mail addresses for various officers of the Guild. I suggest contacting the Secretary or, if you're certain that this is the path you wish to follow, the Membership Secretary.

Hi there,
Chris - the link you posted has now changed to http://careersadvice....m%20Camera%20Operator .
On a different note... could it have been a typo in the job ad? It never hurts to double check when an unfamiliar acronym or word appears, HR departments are only human after all!
Thanks,
