Counselling Online.

I'd like to set up a counselling service online. What would be the easiest, cheapest and foolproof way of setting up a web page? Would I need to register with anyone? Would I need to be insured for counselling online?

you can get your own free website here http://members.freewebs.com/ but i dont know if you would need to register with anyone or be insured as its a counselling service

I assume you have already acquired the relevant counselling qualifications (Diploma or Certificate) accredited by the British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy? if you are running this as a fee paying service you will need a Personal Liability insurance policy. If you don't have one and lack the relevant professional qualification you could find yourself in difficult if somebody does something silly as a result of their interaction with you and decides to sue you.
