Thats just the thing with Gods plagues, they seem to affect everyone, guilty or innocent. I remember the AIDS epidemic in the 80's. The religious were claiming it was Gods wrath on the homosexual community. Until it became clear that heterosexuals, as well as blood transfusion patients, were been struck down.
