I'm applying for a position as a trainee futures trader but the following questions have me a little stuck. Any traders out there wanna give me a quick helping hand on the following 3 Q's

A trader who identifies a moving pattern during the day and attempts to buy at bottoms and sell at tops is known as (I'm guessing the first)

A directional trader
A scalper

Which of these statements do you least agree with

Taking risks is a feature of successful trading
Managing risk is a feature of successful trading
Understanding risk is a feature of successful trading

What makes you think you would be a good futures trader?

A directional trader.

The first - taking risk is a feature of trading full stop - the other two relate more to successful trading.

Ability to react and adapt - the market is always right.

I don't trade full time but hope to at some point. There's a ateep learning curve.
