finding work abroad

help... I have been to antigua several times and would really like to go out there for a few seasons to live and work... does anyone know the best way to do this?

also I am trying to emigrate abroad to oz but do not have enough points i have exp in retail, admin, cust services, recruitment etc and wouldconsider retraining or going somewhere where there are staff/people shorrtages... dont want to do the working holiday/backpacker thing as when i go to oz i do not intend to come home..

any help or advice is much appreciated

I can only think of being a holiday rep. You could contact the companies that send people on holiday there and see if they are looking for reps. The problem is applying to be a rep is that they might not promise you that will be working in Antigua, they could send you somewhere else.
