Hello everyone, I have got a visa appointment from German Embassy, however, they mentioned the wrong appointment date, they wrote March, 16, 21, and I want to write them and want to correct my appointment date, I think they want to call me on 16th July 21. Please can someone proofread my email?

I have received a visa interview appointment from German Embassy, however, I am confused with the appointment date, it’s is mentioned 16-03-2021, I would like to confirm the correct date of my appointment, is it 16th July 2021, at 9:00 am?

errgghh i had an email today from a service provider that said "please may you inform me of the time you will bring the items to myself"
