I don't think you'll find a high enough IQ here to answer your question, if there is an intelligent answer! There is no highest IQ! It depends on the intelligence rating that you are given, and that is not restricted to 160. I estimate that mine is about 185-190, but that would surely be contested by many on this site. :-)

John Stuart Mill had an IQ between 180 and 200 depending on the base-system.
My wife and I had the same IQ coincidentally but I would say that we had two very different profiles as in she would outscore me on verbal reasoning and I had the numerical.....GMAT or LSAT in the States for grad courses aren't a bad measure....

teacake, it's an artificial way of defining people by pretending that you can measure intelligence, which is of course rather silly. Firstly, why is intelligence thought to be some simple thing that can be measured by applying western-based questions to people who might be brilliant at surviving in difficult environments? Secondly, who says that the inventors of the questions are intelligent? I could go on, but I'm not intelligent enough to do so.
