Good morning everyone. I have to pay my university fees but due to some reasons I'm not able to pay right now. I want to write an email to university administration about my problem and request them if they can offer any scholarship or if they waive my fees for this semester. Anyone can proofread my email. I’m writing you to discuss my issue regarding fees. I have successfully completed my two semesters from my home country and I have fully paid my second semester’s fees which I have attended from my home country and for my 3rd semester which is going to start next week, I have applied for my visa but unfortunately I still not got my visa and due to some personal reasons I’m not able to pay my semester fees. I would like to know if university can offer me any scholarship or any waive in fees so I can complete my enrollment and continue my studies.

I work ina a University and the one I work at (not in Germany) would not waive any fees for students. Scholarships or bursaries would also need to be applie for before starting the course, not halfway through. They may howwever have some kind of hardship fund that may help.
