Should I Dress Smart Tomorrow?

I was just wondering if I should dress like I would as if I was going for interview as I'm going to look around the hospital tomorrow they asked when I emailed them working hours about a job going there.

Yes, absolutely. I remember when my daughter was going for her first interview and said she was going to dress casually because she should be employed for her ability not her appearance. I said that was true but the panel would consist of human beings, not robots, who could be swayed by appearance; she went dressed very smartly. I noticed when her two boys had their interviews she had bought suits for them.

If you are going for a job definitely dress up. Impressions are important.

I would wear a 12-inch top hat, dark-red brocade waistcoat and an extra long frockcoat (ankle length) and a nice cravat with a starched collar. At this point, I could start a conversation with anyone.
Also, don't forget a nice walking stick.

If it's just an exploratory meeting they will still be sussing you out. The only thing I would say with the nhs is wear navy rather than black as navy has a stronger association with management in the organisation over all. Grey is ok too , if it's the only other option
