What Do I Do In My Situation?

I booked Saturday off work as I am going to Bath but it got rejected so I spoke to my manager and said I can come in but need to finish by 1pm he said he will sort it out as I am rota 11-7 and can't do it. I haven't heard anything. What do I do if it don't get sorted?

If you want to keep your job you will have to do what your manager says. If your manager says you must work the 11.00 - 7.00 shift that you are scheduled for, then you cannot go to Bath.

Sadly you have to get the leave approved before you can book to go to Bath.
Book another day off and once it’s approved rearrange the trip.

If its a not a pleasure trip explain that to your work.
